Creech grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, but his life took a transformative turn in 2014 when he moved to Yellowstone. Instantly captivated by the wild beauty of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem, he immersed himself in its vast landscapes, rich history, and intricate ecology. Over the next 11 years, Creech dedicated himself to learning everything he could about the region’s natural wonders, developing a deep respect and admiration for its complex biological systems.
After taking a summer off to hike the entire Appalachian Trail, Creech settled in Jackson, Wyoming, where he began guiding visitors through the Tetons and Yellowstone. His extensive knowledge and infectious enthusiasm make each tour a meaningful and memorable experience for guests. Whether explaining geothermal features, spotting elusive wildlife, or recounting the park’s human history, he brings the natural world to life with clarity and excitement.
Creech’s passion for the outdoors extends well beyond his work. In his free time, he can often be found hiking remote trails, climbing alpine routes, or photographing wildlife in their natural habitat.
