Bio
With over 30 years of exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, Kristina brings a lifetime of curiosity and connection to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Raised by geologist parents and immersed in diverse landscapes and cultures from a young age, she has developed a deep appreciation for the natural world—especially the unique geology, wildlife, and flora of Jackson Hole.
Kristina’s guiding career has taken her far beyond Wyoming. In Havana, Cuba, she designed and led immersive cultural tours focused on dance, history, and gastronomy. That same passion for storytelling, cultural insight, and authentic experiences now informs her wildlife safaris, where she delights in helping guests form meaningful connections with this region’s stunning environment.
Kristina offers well-rounded, memorable adventures that leave her guests inspired and deeply moved by the magic of this extraordinary place.
Outside of guiding, Kristina leads a vibrant and creative life. She is passionate about salsa dancing and teaching, silversmithing, fly fishing, and traveling throughout Latin America—always seeking new ways to connect with cultures, people, and the natural world.
Our experience with Jackson Wildlife Safaris exceeded our expectations! We did the half-day morning Safari with pickup from Jackson. Kristina was an amazing guide - she was very kind, personable, passionate about animals, and knowledgeable about all things in the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. In just 4 hours, we saw 7 moose (including babies), deer mom and fawn, multiple pronghorns, hundreds of bison, a bald eagle, and more. I absolutely recommend doing a Jackson hole wildlife safari!
