Half Day Wildlife Photo Safari Tour
We begin this wildlife photo safari tour by heading north along the western boundary of the National Elk Refuge to Grand Teton National Park. Here we will travel along the southern park roads watching for wildlife and stopping frequently for photo-ops. You will see places like Antelope flats, home to historic homesteads and free ranging herds of bison and pronghorn. We will also show you the Moose-Wilson road famous for abundant flora and fauna. Wildlife we frequently encounter on this trip includes bison, elk, deer, moose, pronghorn (aka antelope) fox, coyote, bear, bald eagle, trumpeter swans, and if we’re lucky wolves. If time allows we might choose to stop at the Jackson Visitor Center or the new Moose visitor center in Teton National Park. The route varies seasonally based on group interest, road closures and wildlife migration.

Grand Teton Wildlife Photo Safari Tour
This wildlife photo safari tour focuses on wildlife, geology, and natural history of Grand Teton National Park. We start the morning by looking for wildlife on the National Elk Refuge on our way north into the park. Our first destination will be Antelope Flats and Mormon Row where we will look for the growing Bison (Buffalo) and Pronghorn (Antelope) herds that call this area home for the summer. After a brief stop at the Moose visitor center we will travel north on the inner loop road to Jenny Lake. Here you can take a short walk to stretch your legs or take the boat across the lake to the base of the Tetons (additional charge). We will then head further north to take advantage of the great views from the top of Signal Mountain. After meandering back down the mountain, we will travel past Jackson Lake to the Oxbow Bend of the Snake River, keeping an eye out for wildlife and great photographs. Our day will end with a drive on the wildlife filled Moose-Wilson road. The actual route may vary depending on wildlife, group interest and road conditions.

Yellowstone Wildlife Photo Safari Tour
This wildlife photo safari tour will focus on the geology, wildlife, and natural history of Yellowstone National Park. You will spend most of this safari inside the world’s largest active volcano. Don’t worry we will be out before it erupts! We will travel north through Grand Teton National Park entering Yellowstone through the South Entrance. We then travel around the entire “lower loop” road visiting famous Yellowstone features like the Continental Divide, Old Faithful, Fountain Paint Pots, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Hayden Valley, Mud Volcano, Yellowstone Lake and much more. Wildlife will also be a priority. Your knowledgeable guide will make frequent stops as opportunities for wildlife viewing present themselves. The route may vary depending on wildlife, group interest and road conditions.
Duration: 10-12 hours.

Pro Photo Wildlife Safari Tour
Join a professional nature photographer and area guide for a private wildlife photo safari tour of Jackson Hole. We will share our knowledge of photography technique and equipment with ample time for photographing your unique area of interest. This often includes finding and safely photographing wildlife, historic structures and area scenery. We can suit this trip to your experience level and interests. If you want to be a better photographer, this is the safari for you.

Grizzly and Wolf Photo Safari Tour (2 days)
This popular wildlife photo safari tour will focus on finding and safely viewing Greater Yellowstone’s predators . We will spend our time in prime Grizzly and wolf habitat within both Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks including places like Willow Flats, Pacific Creek, Hayden Valley and the famous Lamar Valley, often referred to as the Serengeti of North America. During your safari you will also have the opportunity to visit famous Yellowstone landmarks like Old Faithful, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Mammoth Hot Springs and several waterfalls. Our small group sizes and expert local guides will insure personalized attention, great wildlife viewing and endless photo opportunities.

Safari/River Wildlife Photo Tour
Start your day with a four hour wildlife photo safari tour in Grand Teton National Park.You will see places like Antelope flats, home to historic homesteads and free ranging herds of bison and pronghorn. We will also show you the Moose-Wilson road famous for abundant flora and fauna. Wildlife we frequently encounter on this trip includes bison, elk, deer, moose, pronghorn (aka antelope) fox, coyote, bear, bald eagle, trumpeter swans, and if we’re lucky wolves. Then get geared up at Jackson Hole Whitewater for the river portion of your day. Choose a scenic float on the Wilson to South Park stretch of the Snake River(13 miles) or run the famous whitewater of the Snake River Canyon (8 miles).

All of our wildlife photo safari tours are available on a private basis allowing you to customize your trip (multi-day packages in both parks can also be arranged). Private trips allow you to choose who to share your safari experience with and gives you more control over where you go and what you see. We will work with you to create your custom safari. There are no age restrictions on private tours.
